Vinayaka Mission's College of Nursing, Puducherry, was established in 2002. It is located on the Pondy-Cuddalore Main Road within a green, serene and spacious campus. It is approved by the Government of Puducherry and recognized by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, and the Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council, Chennai. In 2004, the college came under the ambit of Vinayaka Mission's Research Foundation (Deemed to be University), Salem. The M.Sc ., Nursing degree programme with five specialities was started in 2009.
